Confirmed real org-chart mechanism (persistent DB-backed agent state, atomic task checkout, per-entity budget caps with overspend pause) but the project's own docs publish no baseline comparison against a single-agent setup; borrow the mechanism (persistent task state + atomic checkout + spend cap), not the org-chart framing.
