Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 13, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Toolstash ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Toolstash website and its features. By using Toolstash you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

We collect only what we need to run the service:

How we use your information

We use your information to authenticate you, save your content across sessions, personalise your experience, operate features you request (such as generating a video summary), and maintain the security and reliability of the service. We do not sell your personal information.

Third-party services

Toolstash relies on trusted providers to operate. Authentication and data storage are handled by Supabase. Sign-in with Google is provided by Google. Some features send the content you submit to processing providers (for example, OpenAI for transcription and summarisation). These providers process data on our behalf and under their own privacy terms.

Data retention

We keep your account and content for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

Your rights

You can access, correct, or delete your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, email us at robertiuoras@gmail.com.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and to limit access to it.

Children

Toolstash is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Toolstash after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
