Our verdict: worth borrowing ideas from
Bland-only inbound receptionist (pathway.json + stdlib installer). No real booking: no calendar/CRM, confirmation is spoken only. Steal: CLAUDE.md pathway rules (webhook nodes re-fire on re-entry, exits depend only on caller speech, AI-disclosure wording) and agents.py v1->v2 agent migration. Flag: alternate_sms_number lets caller redirect SMS, gated only by prompt. Bland Start $0.14/min, ~$0.44 per 3-min call+SMS.
