Stagger overlap maths preserves total span. Debugger discovers tweens by walking gsap.globalTimeline.getChildren() filtered on data.isScrollytellingTween - registry-free tooling. Zero reduced-motion, zero ScrollTrigger.refresh, no tests. Lightly maintained (0.3.3, 4 open issues incl. Pin falsy-0 guard bug).
