The Message Batches API is now available in beta

We've loosened restrictions on the ordering of user/assistant turns in our Messages API. We've deprecated the Build and Scale plans in favor of a standard feature suite (formerly referred to as Build), along with additional features that are available through sales.

We've added the ability to disable parallel tool use in the API
